Aerating my lawn

Todd, How important is it to aerate my lawn?

  1. Aerating is important because it loosens the soil and allows to penetrate faster. The grass clippings can be good and bad. They are good because they will leave nutrients that are in the clippings, but you must be careful not leave to many because they can kill the grass underneath.
